Theft from a vehicle:

If the insured Product is stolen from locked vehicle within Australia where there is clear evidence of Violent and Forcible Entry, we will replace the device.

Theft from your school or office:

If the insured Product is stolen from a school locker or an office where there is clear evidence of Violent and Forcible Entry, we will replace the device.

No freight charges:

We cover 100% of any Freight Costs associated with your claim.

As new replacements:

In the instance that we replace your device, we will provide you with a device with specifications equal (or higher) than the faulty or stolen device.

insurance is issued and underwritten by Virginia Surety Company, Inc. a licensed general insurance company regulated by the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority and authorised by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC). The policy administration services are provided by The Warranty Group Australasia.
